Parent’s Night Out | Supporting Capoeira in Brazil

What It Is

  • A fun Parent’s Night Out for kids ages 6–14

  • Pizza, games, capoeira activities, movie and glow-stick fun

  • Open to current students and new friends alike – no experience required

📅 Date: Friday, February 27
⏰ Time: 6:00–9:00 PM
📍 Location: Capoeira Karkará Academy in the Boynton Beach Mall, near JC Penny
💛 Cost:

  • $40 per child if registered by 2/20

  • $50 after 2/20

Why It Matters

Through our nonprofit, Capoeira Cultural Arts Foundation (CCAF):

  • Local instructors are compensated so classes remain free

  • Annual batizados let students earn cords and celebrate achievements

  • Community events and outreach bring joy and mentorship

  • Occasional food support helps families in need

Every dollar goes directly to supporting kids in high-need communities in Salvador.
