Come try this unique martial art for yourself and see what it’s all about! Our New Student Intro to Capoeira program starts with a 30-minute private (or semi-private) lesson. You will learn some basic movements, how music and acrobatics play a part in our training, and more about capoeira's fascinating history. You'll also receive a uniform t-shirt to wear during a two-week trial of group classes.
