See how this fun Afro-Brazilian Martial Art helps improve overall body strength, increase flexibility, and gain confidence in a sixty minute preview class. In this class, you’ll participate in a warm up, learn some basic techniques, practice simple combinations, partner drills, and learn a little bit about the history, music and culture of this unique art form.
No previous capoeira experience or special equipment is required. Just come dressed in comfortable clothing, ready to move.
