Intro to Capoeira Event
Join us Thursday September 7th at 5:30 pm for Kids Ages 6-12, or Tuesday, September 12th at 6:30 p.m. for Adults 13+ for an Intro to Capoeira class at our studio in the Boynton Beach Mall.
See how this fun Brazilian Martial Art helps improve overall body strength, increase flexibility, and gain confidence in a fifty minute preview class. In this class, you’ll participate in a warm up, learn some basic techniques, practice simple combinations, partner drills, and learn a little bit about the history, music and culture of this unique art form.
No previous capoeira experience or special equipment is required. Just come dressed in comfortable clothing, ready to move.
Class is $10 and comes with a FREE capoeira uniform shirt. Space in the class is limited. Preregistration is required.
