Classes
Youth Capoeira Ages 7-13
Capoeira helps kids develop discipline, coordination, confidence, endurance, strength, ability to focus and many other benefits. Your child will have a healthy outlet to release energy and keep the body working and moving at its best. Each class is 60 minutes and will include a warm up and a high energy training session focused on capoeira attacks or dodges, learning songs in Portuguese and how to play the instruments, and acrobatic movements and tricks.
Adults Classes
Our adults classes are a great way to get in shape while having fun and meeting new people.
You don’t have to be flexible, fit, or coordinated to participate. We have classes suitable for true beginners and more advanced, even professional capoeiristas.
Whether you are looking for a unique way to work out, learn more about Brazilian culture, self-defense, be a part of a positive, supportive community, or just to have fun with good people, capoeira could be the perfect fit for you. It has a little something for everyone.

Juniors Capoeira Ages 4-6
Our upbeat class for 4-6 year olds takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 - 5:15 pm.
In this fundamentals program, your child will learn the basics of the capoeira self-defense techniques, acrobatics, songs and instruments. Kids have fun but also put in the work to set the foundation for a bright, strong, confident future.
